Total Harmonic Distortion (THD):Total harmonic distortion is a measure of non-linear harmonic\n\ndistortion and is given in %. Non-linear harmonic distortions are\n\nsignals which were not present in the original before the signal was\n\nconverted by the headphones. These unwanted signals are caused by the\n\ndiaphragm, whose movements do not precisely move in time with the\n\nelectric signals that cause it to move. Unfortunately, this is a\n\nfeature of all electroacoustic transducers. Although it cannot be\n\ncompletely eliminated, suitable steps can be taken to minimise it.\n\nHowever, the user is not interested in why this distortion takes place\n\nbut in how great the level of distortion must be for it to become\n\nperceptible. According to the findings of several research projects, a\n\ntotal harmonic distortion of 1% in the frequency range of 100 to 2000\n\nHz is imperceptible. Below 100 Hz, the perceptibility threshold lies\n\nat 10%.

Impedance:The effective resistance of an electric circuit or component to alternating current, arising from the combined effects of ohmic resistance and reactance.
6 O
RMS rated power:RMS (Root mean square) is a measure of the continuous power required by a device, in particular audio amplfiers and loudspeakers.
1200 W
Design
Product type:The sub-category of the product.
Mono portable speaker

Woofer:Loudspeaker designed to reproduce low frequencies.
Subwoofer driver diameter:
20 cm
Tweeter:Loudspeaker designed to reproduce high frequencies.
Number of speakers:The quantity of speakers included in/with the product.

Audio output channels:An audio output channel is an electric circuit which acts as a path for a signal produced by a device. A device may have several audio output channels.
2.1 channels
Other features
Wireless subwoofer:The subwoofer (loudspeaker for bass sounds) is wireless so does not need wires to connect to the audio amplifier etc.
Preset stations quantity:The number of preset radio stations that can be stored. The preset stations are the ones that can be reached by pressing a button; they do not require manual tuning.

Ports & interfaces
Microphone in:The socket where a microphone is connected to the device.
USB 2.0 ports quantity:Number of USB 2.0 ports (connecting interfaces) in the device. USB 2.0 was released in April 2000 (now called "Hi-Speed"), adding higher maximum signaling rate of 480 Mbit/s (effective throughput up to 35 MB/s or 280 Mbit/s), USB 2.0 ports are usually black.

Bluetooth version:The type of bluetooth technology in the product e.g. Bluetooth Smart (v4.0).
5.0
Bluetooth:Bluetooth is a low-power radio technology developed to replace the cables and wires currently used to link or connect electronic devices such as personal computers, printers, and a wide variety of handheld devices including mobile phones. Because it uses radio-wave connectivity, a Bluetooth-enabled device has a constant, established connection to whatever browser it uses. This saves the user the trouble of logging on to check for emails or news updates, for example.
Wi-Fi:Popular technology that allows an electronic device to exchange data or connect to the internet wirelessly using radio waves.
Connectivity technology:
Wired
Power
Power consumption (standby):The amount of electricity that is consumed when the product is on standby.
0.6 W
Power consumption (typical):Amount of power consumed by this model, often expressed in watts (W). Typical values that manufacturers give are power consumption when off, standby/suspended mode, typical use, maximum usage.
196 W
AC adapter frequency:
50 Hz
AC adapter input voltage:
220 - 240 V
Power source type:What the power source is.
